The organization of topics is a bit herky jerky at times too.

This book is about telescopes that work properly and those that do not. If you have a new telescope that is not performing as well as other telescopes of equal aperture, the book gives you a no-nonsense technique of evaluating the optics doing exactly what they were designed to do - image the stars.
